The 6-week return to exercise program has been created by Dr. Kristen Lettenberger PT, DPT, CSCS to support you as you navigate movement postpartum.

This program is designed specifically for the healing mother, with a focus on the diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor. 

This 4 part program, starting from day 0 of birth to 6  weeks postpartum.

Please note: Weeks 2-6 are composed of 3 different workouts, that you can perform every other day or when your schedule allows. Please prioritize rest and recovery when you need it. It is important to listen to your body and monitor any pelvic floor and core symptoms.

    The goal of the 60 min evaluation is to assess your baseline movement capabilities and strength. From there, a personalized program will be created with the goal to live better, longer. The Bespoke Women Team is here to guide you through every chapter of your life, addressing both pelvic floor and musculoskeletal impairments.

    After the evaluation you are setup with an personalized workout program

Fueling for the Sport of Motherhood invites expectant and new mothers to a dynamic Nutrition Workshop on May 15, 2024, at 6 pm ET via Zoom.     Before I started working with Kristen, it felt like I was always managing my menstrual cramping and discomfort. Basically after my period ended, I’d get 2-3 day of relief and then inevitably, bloating, lower back cramping and weakness, and my c-section scar would throb.

    Kristen quickly recognized my pattern of discomfort and immediately pivoted to focusing on my pelvic floor and core. She was so attuned to my aches and pains, she targeted just the right areas and in a manner I could handle with out being debilitated from our sessions. We took it slow and I was sure to describe every little feeling I was having .

    Mom of 3 kids here, really hard to find time to work on postpartum needs. However Carolyn was great to find a system that worked for me. Also, we used some innovative techniques such as some weights I can use during the day that could help strengthen my pelvic floor. She is a very attentive and caring PT and listens to what my needs are every time I come in and pushes me a little bit more each time to strengthen my body especially after a c-section and diastasis recti and back pain and leakage.
