  • I had such a wonderful experience, you and Mike are so personable and engaging. Not only did you both listen, but you both welcomed me to a point that I’ve feel like I’ve know you both my entire life. The atmosphere is perfect, and I’m so glad that I’ve selected you for my care.

    Joshua Adams

  • I am very grateful for the warm and efficient welcome by you and Mike. I think the space is great and I can’t wait to integrate some fitness training at Bespoke along with a regular PT schedule. This is the combination I have been looking for! A system to integrate PT and strength and mobility training under the same roof where you can actually talk to each other and optimize a plan for me. As you could tell, I absolutely adore Mike. He has been instrumental in helping me be able to do the things in life that make me happy. He is the first PT who really works on the root of my issues and helps me to find ways to maintain my movement and strengthen at the same time.

    Karen Marcotte

  • Kind and caring people in a lovely environment, with extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapists, Bespoke Treatments is the best PT practice I have visited. I highly recommend!

Dr. Sam Becourtney, PT, DPT, CSCS

Sam received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York University. While working towards his doctorate, Sam became a certified strength and conditioning specialist and worked as a personal trainer both independently and at New York Sports Clubs within the New York/New Jersey area. As part of his DPT degree, Sam had very unique clinical experiences in a variety of settings, including his final two rotations at Force Physical Therapy and EXOS. These performance physical therapy clinics boast an emphasis on bridging the gap between rehab and performance. Through these experiences, he was fortunate to work with collegiate and professional athletes (specifically during preparation for the NFL combine), as well as active duty special ops military personnel who were injured in combat.  Sam customizes his treatment based on the patient standing in front of him, understanding that no two human beings will present exactly the same way. In addition to addressing local issues that correlate with a patient’s subjective complaints, Sam makes sure to look at the body in its entirety to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction in the first place. Sam utilizes movement science and strength training where appropriate to foster a rehabilitation process that empowers patients to be active in order to achieve their highest potential. He believes that physical therapy should not abruptly end as soon as someone no longer experiences pain; rather, the goal should shift towards enhancing performance with an emphasis on proper form to minimize future injury risk. When not working, Sam enjoys staying active, watching professional sports, and traveling.   Education:
