  • I had such a wonderful experience, you and Mike are so personable and engaging. Not only did you both listen, but you both welcomed me to a point that I’ve feel like I’ve know you both my entire life. The atmosphere is perfect, and I’m so glad that I’ve selected you for my care.

    Joshua Adams

  • I am very grateful for the warm and efficient welcome by you and Mike. I think the space is great and I can’t wait to integrate some fitness training at Bespoke along with a regular PT schedule. This is the combination I have been looking for! A system to integrate PT and strength and mobility training under the same roof where you can actually talk to each other and optimize a plan for me. As you could tell, I absolutely adore Mike. He has been instrumental in helping me be able to do the things in life that make me happy. He is the first PT who really works on the root of my issues and helps me to find ways to maintain my movement and strengthen at the same time.

    Karen Marcotte

  • Kind and caring people in a lovely environment, with extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapists, Bespoke Treatments is the best PT practice I have visited. I highly recommend!

Claire Gould, CPT

Director of Fitness - Seattle Claire Gould is the head of fitness at Bespoke Fitness Space Seattle. “Why fit in when you were born to stand out!?” – Dr. Seuss, is a favorite quote of Claire’s, and she meditates on it every morning. She applies the ideas of being bold and uniquely you to her daily life, and encourages her clients to do the same. She sees every body as special and individual. She coaches her clients to discover what moves them and then helps them set goals around that. Claire grew up a competitive swimmer from ages 5 to 18. She understands that dedication, commitment and fun are key ingredients for any workout regimen or active pursuit. She also understands that you must have your mind and heart in whatever you’re doing. While at the University of Washington, Claire took a break from swimming, and quite honestly, from “working out” in general. She felt lost without a coach, team or a purpose. In 2007 she was hired by lululemon athletica, and the company opened her eyes to a world of possibility through fitness. She started running half marathons, began practicing yoga and took group exercise classes weekly. At age 22 she became certified as a group fitness instructor through AFFA, and after graduation she moved to NYC to pursue her goals in the industry. Claire thanks her heart and intuition for leading her to NYC. During her years there she connected with some of the industry’s best. She feels lucky to count these leaders as mentors and friends. Always looking to expand her knowledge, Claire attended multiple workshops, continuing education courses, and worked at top studios as an instructor and trainer. Through her mentor Kira Stokes, Claire connected with Dan Giordano and the rest is history. Claire was recovering from a surgery to repair a labral tear in her right hip. She became increasing interested in both rehab and prehab for injuries. Claire moved back home to Seattle last summer. She is SO excited to introduce her Pacific NW community to Bespoke Treatments Physical Therapy and Fitness! She’s thrilled to be working in a space builds a bridge between physical therapy and lifelong wellness/fitness. Utilizing her communication skills and passion for teamwork, she creates programs for her athletes that are uplifting, effective and challenging. You’ll find her coaching with the biggest grin on her face, dancing around from anything to Migos to Kesha to Macklemore. Claire feels so blessed to share her love of life and movement with her clients everyday! Education:

  • Bachelors of Arts in Communication – University of Washington, Seattle
Certifications:
  • Primary Group Exercise Certification – AFAA, Aerobics; Fitness Association of America
