  • I had such a wonderful experience, you and Mike are so personable and engaging. Not only did you both listen, but you both welcomed me to a point that I’ve feel like I’ve know you both my entire life. The atmosphere is perfect, and I’m so glad that I’ve selected you for my care.

    Joshua Adams

  • I am very grateful for the warm and efficient welcome by you and Mike. I think the space is great and I can’t wait to integrate some fitness training at Bespoke along with a regular PT schedule. This is the combination I have been looking for! A system to integrate PT and strength and mobility training under the same roof where you can actually talk to each other and optimize a plan for me. As you could tell, I absolutely adore Mike. He has been instrumental in helping me be able to do the things in life that make me happy. He is the first PT who really works on the root of my issues and helps me to find ways to maintain my movement and strengthen at the same time.

    Karen Marcotte

  • Kind and caring people in a lovely environment, with extremely knowledgeable and skilled therapists, Bespoke Treatments is the best PT practice I have visited. I highly recommend!

Dr. Daniel Giordano, DPT, CSCS

CO-FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

Dr. Daniel Giordano loves to geek out about injuries, so be sure you ask lots of questions when you see him, especially about “Wolff’s Law.”

After earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy with honors from New York University, Dan’s career in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation quickly took off. It didn’t take long for him to be snatched up by the corporate world. Dan became a “wellness concierge” for a respected hedge fund in NYC.

It was as a wellness concierge – which works as a health guide/physical therapist/strength and conditioning coach – that Dan realized he wanted to bring his treatment philosophy to the world. That’s when he developed the Bespoke Treatments Physical Therapy model.

Daniel has had the opportunity to work with and consult on rehabilitation and strength & conditioning programs for many CEOs; Broadway performers; and professional, NCAA, and Olympic athletes. He specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, pain management, Graston technique, fascial movement taping (RockTape) and Kinesio taping.

Dan has been a member of the medical team at the:

Dr. Emily Lesinski, DPT

Dr. Emily Lesinskihas always been fascinated by what the human body can do. Her competitive dancing career began at the young age of 6, and she participated in ballet, tap, jazz and modern dance as a teenager. She was also an accomplished equestrian, riding hunter-jumper style.

Her passion for the human potential led her to graduate summa cum laude when she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy at New York University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Psychology. After graduation, Emily spent several years in private practice clinics, both as a therapist and clinical director, before she chose to strike out on her own and treat patients independently.

Why make the jump to independent practice? Because she was driven by her belief that healing is a holistic process, and patients do best when they are understood as a whole, not just a “diagnosis.” When you work with Emily, you’ll love the abundance of one-on-one attention you’ll receive no matter who you are – she has expertise in treating everything from head (TMJ) to toes (metatarsals), and from pediatric care on up.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Emily teaching yoga at Warrior Bridge Studio, where her obsession with Acroyoga, Ashtanga, Rocket and Bikrm yoga comes to life.

Dr. Ryan Chow, DPT

Ryan received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Mercy College in New York City after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science. Prior to his career as a physical therapist, Ryan was a personal trainer at a high-end boutique personal training gym, where he also filled roles as head recruiting coordinator, continuing education manager, and facility manager. He went on to become a New York State licensed teacher at a personal training school, where he still mentors and teaches continuing education to past students who are now successful personal trainers themselves. Ryan was also a graduate teaching assistant at Mercy College to student physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physicians assistants. He previously worked as a physical therapist for the top physical therapy private practice in the nation. These experiences have given him unique insight into the education and demands of health and fitness professionals that has shaped his clinical approach.

Ryan’s unique blend of rehabilitation and fitness experience allows him to understand the life style and demands of fitness enthusiasts and athletes. He specializes in treating fitness, sports, and orthopedic injuries and believes physical therapy and proper recovery is a growing necessity in this active population. He utilizes manual therapy to reset the body and then assesses movement quality from the ground up, the same way each and every person developed from infancy through adulthood. This way he is able to identify and treat any foundational movement and postural dysfunctions so that one has a strong base to build more advanced athletic feats on top of. He always strives to equip his clients with the tools to master foundational movements and proper recovery techniques so that they can take ownership of their body in the long-term. For his own training, Ryan participates in strength training, kettlebell training, ground based movement, gymnastics, and athletic development for team sports like basketball and football.
